Ingrediente pentru blat:

200 g de unt
250 g zahar
1 pliculet de zahar vanilat
4 oua
300 g faina
50 g cacao
1,5 lingurite de praf de copt
cca 250 ml lapte

Ingrediente pentru crema:

3-4 linguri de gem de fructe
500 g capsuni
300 ml frisca lichida
1 lingurita zahar vanilat
2 linguri zahar pudra

 

Mod de preparare:

Se amesteca ingredientele pentru blat si rezulta un aluat, ce se toarna in forma de tort (sau o cratita) unsa bine cu unt. Nu se preincalzeste cuptorul, ci se baga forma la nivel inferior si se coace la foc mediu timp de 1 ora. Dupa ce se raceste blatul se va taia in doua felii, iar partea inferioara se va unge cu gem.
Pentru crema: se bate friscas, iar spre final se adauga zaharul si zaharul vanilat. Dupa ce se intareste frisca se adauga capsunile strivite (dar nu trebuiesc sfaramate prea tare pentru a nu lasa multa zeama). Jumatate din cantitatea de frisca se pune intre cele 2 felii de blat (peste gem), iar cu cealalta parte se decoreaza partea superioara a tortului. Se lasa in frigider timp de 2 ore, dupa care poate fi ornat cu capsuni taiate in jumatate.
