Ouale umplute au fost intotdeauna prezente pe masa noastra la orice petrecere sau masa festiva. Rapid de facut, dar delicioase.
Reteta pe care o voi prezenta este o reteta care se prepara in America si care este nelipsita mai ales la masa de Pasti.

Oua Umplute sau Deviled Eggs

Ingrediente:

  • 12 oua fierte tari
  • 2 lingurite mustar
  • 2 linguri maioneza
  • 1/4 lingurita sos iute (Tabasco)
  • sare, piper
  • boia si patrunjel verde pentru decor

Modul de preparare:

Fierbeti ouale tari si curatati-le de coaja. Taiati fiecare ou in doua pe lungime si cu ajutorul unei lingurite indepartati galbenusul.

Intr-un castronel asezati toate galbenusurile si cu ajutorul unei furculite zdrobiti-le, apoi adaugati si restul ingredientele. Cu ajutorul unui mixer amestecati bine toate ingredientele obtinand astfel o crema spumoasa.

Intr-un sprit pentru decorat torturi, puneti toata umplutura si incepeti sa umpleti albusurile de oua si asezati pe platou. Decorati cu boia dulce si cate o frunzulita de patrunjel.

Observatii:

Aceasta reteta este ceva mai dietetica decat cea traditionala in care ouale se aseaza intr-o “baie” de maioneza.
De asemenea aceasta reteta poate fi facuta si in timpul postului cand avem dezlegare la lapte si oua.
Se pastreaza acoperite si la rece.
