Friptura din cotlet de porc

Friptura:

  • 1 bucata cotlet de porc de aprox. 1kg
  • Sare, piper
  • 2 linguri ulei de masline
  • 1 pumn patrunjel proaspat tocat

Garnitura:

  • 1 kg cartofi noi taiati in patru
  • sare
  • 1 lingura ulei de masline

Cotletul de porc se taie in felii subtiri care apoi se bat ca pentru snitele si se condimenteaza cu sare si piper (ceva mai mult piper).
Intr-o tigaie mai inalta sau cratita se pun 2 ling ulei de masline si se prajesc feliile de cotlet pe rand pana ce prind o culoare maronie. Se scot cele prajite si se adauga restul.

Cand toate feliile au fost prajite se adauga si celelalte, se pune apa peste ele pana ce sunt acoperite si se lasa la fiert la foc potrivit pana ce apa a scazut pe ¾. La final se adauga patrunjelul tocat si se mai da un clocot.

Se serveste cu garnitura de cartofi la cuptor sau cartofi pireu.

Cartofi la cuptor:

Cartofii noi se spala, se scurg de apa si se condimenteaza cu sare si 1 lingura ulei de masline.

Se pregateste o tava cu folie de aluminiu. Se pun cartofii in tava aranjati pe un singur strat si se dau la cuptor timp de 20-30 min la foc iute.
