Surpriza in folie de aluminiu

Ingrediente:

1 pipt de pui
200-300 g cascaval
1 cutie de ciuperci taiate
1 legatura de marar
piper

Mod de preparare:

Se taie pieptul de pui ca pentru snitele si se bate astfel incat sa rezulte felii cat mai mari. Cascavalul se rade pe razatoarea mare si se amesteca cu ciupercile si mararul tocat marunt. Se adauga sare si piper, dupa gust. Se taie bucati de folie de aluminiu de uz alimentar, se ung cu ulei si se aseaza felia de piept de pui pe care se pune cu lingura compozitia alcatuita din cascaval, ciuperci si marar. Se ruleaza pieptul de pui cu ingredientele in interior. Se impacheteaza folia de aluminiu, prin rulare, ca la bomboane, lasand marginile foliei lungi de cca 5 cm. si taind surplusul. Cand sunt gata rulate toate "bombonelele" din folie de aluminiu se pun in cuptorul preincalzit, la foc potrivit, intr-o tava in care s-a adaugat putina apa, (al carei nivel sa nu depaseasca jumatatea ruloului). Se intorc dupa cca 20 de minute si se verifica daca pieptul de pui este facut. Se servesc calde, ca atare in farfurie, fiecare indepartand folia in momentul consumarii. Se poate servi cu garnitura de cartofi prajiti sau amestec de legume fierte sau gratinate.
